These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products by Anurag Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers (“you” or “Buyer”) through our website. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms in full.

  1. Definitions
    1. Seller: Refers to Anurag Hub.
    2. Buyer: Refers to the individual or entity placing an order on this website.
    3. Products: Refers to the items available for purchase on this website.
  3. Pricing and Payment
    1. All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
    2. We may offer discount codes or promotional offers from time to time. Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
    3. Accepted Payment Methods:

      ✅ Net Banking
      ✅ UPI
    4. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders.
    5. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  5. Order Acceptance
    1. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product from us.
    2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to stock unavailability or payment verification failure.
    3. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the Buyer.
  7. Shipping and Delivery
    1. Shipping is FREE for all orders—lifetime offer. No hidden charges.
    2. Estimated delivery time will be communicated to you by email after order confirmation.
    3. We will provide tracking details when available.
    4. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.
    5. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or external events beyond our control.
  9. Return and Replacement Policy
    1. Returns and replacements are only accepted in the following cases:
      ✅ Defective product received
      ✅ Product damaged during transit
      ✅ Incorrect product delivered
    2. To initiate a return/replacement:
      ➔ Contact us within 3 days of delivery at anuragkumarsinha2@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9471544238 with order details and supporting photos/videos.
    3. Conditions for return/replacement:
      ➔ Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
      ➔ No returns/replacements for reasons like change of mind or personal preference.
    4. If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  11. Refund Policy
    1. Refunds are only issued if:
      ➔ A replacement product is unavailable, or
      ➔ The product is undeliverable from our side.
    2. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
  13. Cancellation Policy
    1. We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and paid for.
  15. Warranty
    1. Products may carry warranties as specified on their respective product pages.
      ➔ Warranty claims (if applicable) must follow the procedure specified by the manufacturer.
  17. Limitation of Liability
    1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data, due to product use, delivery delays, or order issues beyond our control.

    1. All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, branding, images, and product descriptions—is the property of Anurag Hub.

  21. Governing Law
    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
